"Reinhart Mlineritsch belongs to the few exponents of classical photography in Austria. In the tradition of Ansel Adams and Brett Weston, he works exclusively with large-format cameras and with the resulting sharpness and quality of the prints, which he develops in his own darkroom. The photographer's interest in formal-abstract interpretations is shown in his meticulously composed black and white studies of nature, details, and architecture." (Johannes Faber)
