Cultural Calendar of Liefering

Recently the Salzburg district named Liefering has attracted attention with its increasing artistic activities. The annual Cultural Calendar of Liefering has found its entry in numerous homes, even outside of this district. The calendar always was and still is an expression of artistic ambitions. This year the initiators sought out a cooperation with the gallery Fotohof. In the "Cultural Calendar of Liefering 1999" five photographers - Reinhart Mlineritsch, Kai Kuss, Rainer Iglar, Herman Seidl and Kurt Kaindl - have visualized Liefering from varying points of view. The district is presented under highway-bridges, in aerial views, at road works, in distorted pictures and from many other points of view. (Salzburger Nachrichten, Nov. 3rd 1998).
